Operations Code

• Exhibit Integrity, honesty and ethical practices in our approach to all aspects of the project.
• Continually research innovative building products ensuring the quality of workmanship & service is continually meeting the expectation of clients.
• Ensure that inconveniences are kept to a minimum through reliable management and realistic time schedules.
• Recognise that the client may not have full knowledge of all aspects of the project and allocate enough time to educate & make the client aware of stages of constitution prior to commencement.
• Continue to be resourceful in all aspects of design, management and construction.

Ethical code of conduct

• To provide clients products and services that meets the highest quality and standards of the construction industry.
• To ensure that all trades hired by Micrah Projects Pty Ltd act in a respectful and law abiding manner on and off our work sites.
• To avoid action against Micrah Projects that may bring its clients into disrepute by ensuring that all information and pricing has been clearly stated and conducted in a fair and reasonable manner.
• To ensure that all work sites are clean, safe and accessible to our clients at all times for inspection of work.
• To go above and beyond what has been promised to the client at any cost to ensure complete satisfaction of both parties
• At all times respect the home you are working in and its surroundings as if it was your own.
• Always ensure that trades and suppliers adhere to occupational health and safety regulations set in our OH&S site safety policy.
• To minimize disruption and delays by providing sufficient information regularly to clients keeping them up to date and aware of all changes, issues and new ideas that may alter the dynamics of the project.
• Always be honest and forthcoming in all aspects of the business no matter what the financial implications may be.
• To ensure every project is successful regardless of its size and to treat all clients with the same respect and importance.
